Do you ship worldwide?

Of course! We ship everywhere.

How should I look after my Garments?

Machine wash cold and inside out to best preserve the print. Tumble dry low. Shape whilst damp. Iron inside-out. 

Why should I register when making a purchase?

We advise that registering with us is beneficial so you can also keep track of your order from confirmation to delivery. 

Delivery Time

All of our items are made to order per customer. We work as fast as we can to get your item to you, but please take note of the time frames below. Any queries about deadlines or requirements please email us before placing an order!

 

  • UK please allow 5-10 working days

  • Europe please allow 5-14 working days

  • USA/Canada and the rest of the world 5-21 working days

 

Delivery Information

Orders are sent using the Royal Mail 'STANDARD DELIVERY' or TRACKED service. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.

Please be aware for international orders that there may be delays at customs which are beyond our control.

Are there any shipping costs?

Yes. When buying products from us, the shipping costs will automatically be set by weight at the checkout.

We offer free delivery for the UK with an additional fee for tracked.

Are there excess charges on the items from international buyers?

If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Piccolo Joe, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Can I track my order?

International orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail and passed onto the national postal service in the relevant country. We provide tracking for all international orders.

Secure ordering and payment options

We accept all credit cards and PayPal. All payments must be made at the checkout stage before an order is confirmed.

All currencies are accepted, to check how much it will be for your country, we recommend Google currency converter.

What do I do when I can't purchase an item?

If you are ever experiencing difficulties with our site or checkout system and want to proceed with an order you can email info@piccolojoe.com and the order can be dealt with securely via PayPal separate to the site. Simply email with the item required, size and any other information and we can do the rest.

Returns

We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your order (and hopefully come back for more!) but if for some reason you are not happy with the result of your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@piccolojoe.com outlining the issue so we can resolve this directly with you and see how we can help.

Please bear in mind that due to the personalised nature of some of our products (items that are individually hand created just for you) we are not able to offer you a refund due to resell issues. If you need any help when it comes to sizing or queries about the designs or garments please do email us as we are always eager to assist in a timely manner!

However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, we can refund you or replace it - please see ‘FAULTY ITEMS’.

Faulty items

We quality check all of our goods before dispatch to ensure they are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible should this occur.

In the event that a product has a fault, please email us to report this. It is usually more helpful to provide a digital image of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem.

Please do not send your products back to us without contacting us first.

We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to cover the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is checked. If we are at fault then we will reimburse your postage costs. Please note Piccolo Joe reserves the right to reject your refund or exchange request.
